Hello family!!

 Wow that is super cool that you guys had Sister Patton over to eat! Haha she is cool she was a great missionary! Yah I remember that picture haha it was on transfers and I think that was when I was going to get elder Stout hahaha good times I really miss elder Stout he was a great companion. Well things are going good I think we are going to have a baptism today hahaha we found this dude named Darci and he is the brother of a less active and so we were like dude are you baptized and he was like no I am not and we were like do you want to be baptized and he was suppose to be baptized yesterday but he didn’t show up because he had a work appointment that he had to go to. And so we are going to baptize him today if it all goes as plan hahaha! Well what is new about this week so I got really sick on Tuesday I was coughing really ugly I hurt in all my body my ear and throat hurt, Elder Rego had the same sickness as me so we made our way over to the doctors office and we were like alright we are sick what you guys going to do for  us so they checked us out and their like do you guys want shots or medicine and I was like shot and elder Rego was like no not the shot I have fear of needles and I was dude it is a little prick and its over and he was like no I will not get the shot and I was like why dude?? He was like first I have fear and 2nd my butt is super tender I almost died of laughter hahaha so I got the shot and then they gave me all of this medicine and I am feeling better but I got to get rid of this stupid cough that I have and it doesn’t help that it rains every fricken day here and we have to walk in it still! But I will get over it! But the week was good for the most part we were a little unexcited to work because of the rain and all that and what this weeks broadcast is rain all week and I bought my self a umbrella this last Tuesday and what happens it broke on Thursday and so I went back to the store and was like hey what can you do about this and they were like there is no money back and no insurance and I was like you got to be kidding me I bought this Tuesday and it broke today when I was walking.. they were like no refund and no insurance on this and I was like what ever and I was walking out I said to my companion I’m never ever going to buy crap from this store again because it just breaks. My companion almost died laughing. But I will have to buy a new one this time I will buy it in a different store. NO I still haven’t found a family that I like here they are all cold and dull but I will have to find one I still haven’t visited all of them yet so I cant really say anything! And yes I am having to spend a lot of money on bus fair and the food here is super expensive like it breaks the bank here. You can be like my companion that doesn’t eat and goes hungry and I am not down to do that. Also I still haven’t gotten the package I think that I will get it this Thursday because we will have zone conference we are going to have the last zone conference with President Cordon I will really miss him! That is it for the week love you guys take care!

Olá minha familía!!!

 Well this week..... It rained and rained and rained and rained, I really hate the rain and this area will make it that I hate the rain even more. Yah me hahaha but cool thing is that we had a baptism this week! It was awesome I love coming here finding a person that is elect and has gone to church and then baptizing them it is awesome! His Name is Wilit da Silva. It is a super weird name but oh well it is Brazil hahaha but it was cool. I am glad that I didn’t baptize him because it was cold out side and the water was cold, and I am a little bit sick, talking about being sick well I just have this cough and besides that I am good I think this cough will be out of here in a little bit because ever day I cough less so that is wonderful! Other funny things this week I gave my first talk in church this week in my whole mission it went very well people had big smiles on their face, but no one comes up to you and says hey you did great I liked your talk that hurt because it was a great talk. Then after I was with Elder Crook because he talked with me and this lady comes up to him and says wow Elder Crook you sound like a Brazilian when you talk and not like a American ( and during that time that she said American she looked at me) Yah I was like that is super, super not cool.. I should have said something to her but I didn’t and I really don’t care because Jesus loves everyone even unto the sinners! hahaha but I am all good! But today we went to a waterfall thing it was super cool I will have to send pictures next week for you guys because this week I am short on time because I had to send all the numbers of the zone this week so I am short on time. And no I still have not gotten your package yet mom and I probably wont get it unto the 27 of June because that is when we will have zone conference the last time with President Cordon I am sure going to miss him he is such a great guy and I love sister Cordon there are so awesome I will totally go and visit them when I get home! About Elder Een he is in the NORTH MISSION so I wont see him till we go home, Elder Morris and Elder Larson I don’t know where they are at but I really don’t care the time here is coming to an end here in a little bit anyways! haha but This ward is alright they are super funny like if we ask them to take us to pick up or visit are investigators we have to pay or they don’t do it! I think it is so so so so funny because that is so so low. Mom to respond your answer we walk a lot! There is a lot of BIG HILLS here they are real thigh burners but that is alright. So the house well I looked at what could be done to the other showers and they just don’t have energy following through the  lines so I think we will have to call a electrician in because when zone conference comes around we will have like ten people in our house and we will need all the showers that we can get hahaha that will be interesting the only bad thing is that the Assistants are going to stay like 3 days in our house and so they are going to be all over everything which is not cool! The other missionaries that are in the house is Elder Crook he will go home in this transfer he is from Portland, Orgen and it is time for him to go home because he is dead. Then we have Elder Rêgo..... his last name in English means Butt, hahahahaha he is from Manus he has like a year and 2 months on the mission he is a short little fat missionary but he is super funny, I like him we are good friends! But that is it for who else lives in my house hahahaha! But that is also it for the week I love you guys have a good week take care!!

Well hello family,

  So where do we start lets start on the bad things that happened this week I got transferred and I am sick and its super annoying. I really am going to miss Elder Stout he is a good kid and an awesome missionary we had a lot of good times together and it was a lot of fun! I have like a nasty cough because snot just runs down my throat and my ears plug up here and there some times. But I will live I hope... but things are going good for me so I will be part of the south mission they sent me out to Guarapuava that is even farther away then Ponta Grossa and it is to be super cold there people were telling me so I will be in for a real treat. Also I became a Zone leader... my companion is Elder Gomes I knew him in Paranagua when he start his mission so this will be a good thing we are super excited to get working and baptize a lot of people he told me that probably next week we would have 2 baptism and I was like sweet. We live with 4 people here which will be cool and all that, our house is big it has 3 bathrooms but only one is working we will have to see if I can get creative  and get the other ones up and running so we can make a better use out of our house. It looks like it is going to be a good area it looks a little poor but that is alright because poor people always accept to hear a message about God. Well that is about it for this week haha it was super cool to hear that you guys did great with the talks I knew that you guys would do awesome. That’s cool to hear that everyone is doing well that they are enjoying there life’s well guys have a good week I love you guys!

Hello family!

 Well wow I got to say wow! My mom talking in church I really never thought that day would come and I won’t be there to see it when it happens! :( But I am 100% sure that it will be an awesome talk, for as my dad talking we will have to see hahahaha jk dad you will do great! Well mom I have not heard about this broadcast thing! I don’t know what it is or anything but that would be cool, will it be for everyone or just for the missionaries maybe I hear about it tomorrow from the zone leader in our zone meeting! That would be super cool maybe he will reveal when the 2nd coming will be! That is cool about how Casey Madsen getting married tell here congrats for me hahaha that is cool that you met the brother of who will be the mission president here. Hahaha well that is cool to hear that everyone is doing very well!

 Well this week was pretty cool a lot of cool experiences happened and it was awesome! Well let’s start out that ELDER GRAY baptized again for the sisters missionaries. they prepared this kid that is the son of one recent convert and I went there did the interview and he was like I don’t know any one in this ward that could baptize me Elder Gray do you want to baptize me I said sure why not. And Eliton da Silva Santos was baptized this Sunday by me it was super cool because he was super prepared to be baptized and you could see the light in his eyes after it was so awesome. After the meeting the sister missionaries bishop calls me over in front of my companion and Paulo and starts speaking to me in English and chewing me out about how this is the second baptism that I have done in their ward and I shouldn’t baptize more people I should have their ward do it. I agreed with them a little bit.... then I said to him the sad thing is that he doesn’t know the people here and no one went to visit him and help him become member of the church it was just the sister missionaries and his mom... so bishop this is your problem maybe you should listen to the sisters and read the report that they give to you every week so you can do this. He wasn’t too happy about that but I really didn’t care because I was right and he comes out of no where calling me out that I am wrong in front of people that is just wrong. But I just got to wipe this off because it was just an ignorant bishop. After, we gave a blessing for Sister Johnson because her foot has been really been hurting her and she is wearing a boot.

  That family that lost their son is going so so well! They are wanting to be baptized and get married and go through the temple! They are an awesome family I love them so much I have fear that I will get transferred on the 10th and won’t be able to see this because here in Brazil it takes awhile to get married. But I will ask president if I can be there on that day! I would love to see them be baptized and they want me and elder Stout to baptize them. This week we did a fast with them it was so cool because that is a great idea and they were so awesome the both of them went from one lunch to the other one and they said they felt the spirit so strongly during that. I know that they will marry and be baptized they are so awesome I will be so happy for them if they marry and baptize! Funny thing this week so Paulo he got in a car wreck like 8 months ago and he never repaired his car because like car insurance doesn’t exist here but it’s on the drivers back side. and what happens is that when there is a lot of people in there it weighs the car down a lot and when you hit a bump it makes a really bad sound like the metal frame against the  tire and last night he hit a bump an it kind of cut his tire and I was like Paulo do you want me to make it a little bit better and he looked at me and was like you don’t know anything about cars and I was like I know very little and what I know can help. so we pulled off and I was like I will need a hammer to pound out this dent and that so we went to some ones house and was like hey can we borrow your hammer and they are like what and Paulo said the American here is going to try and get the dent out and I looked at him wow your super funny not. We got a hammer. I told him we will have to take the tire off to get a better angle at it, Paulo didn’t even know where the jack was at in his car so I had to get his jack out jack the car up take the wheel off and then I went at it! I made it better it’s not perfect but definitely better. And put the tire back and everything and we hit a bump again and it made just this little sound and he turns to me and was like dude your man you should be a mechanic. It was funny because even elder stout was doubting it! But this week was good I really liked it! But yah well family take care have a good week and keep reading! hahaha love you  guys!
